DEFINITIONS
CompanySizex LLC, Reg. No. 3855 LLC 2024, registered at Euro House, Richmond Hill Road, Kingstown, St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
AML/CFT
Refers to Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing protocols, which are a set of guidelines and regulations designed to prevent the misuse of financial institutions by criminals or terrorists.
Sizex
Collectively refers to both the Company and the Platform that offers virtual currency exchange and related services.
Business Day
A calendar day excluding Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and any other day when financial institutions are officially closed in St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
Cryptocurrency
A digital form of currency that relies on encryption to control its creation and management. It does not have official status as currency and operates independently of central authorities.
User
An individual, aged 18 years or older, who has read, understood, and agreed to Sizex’s User Agreement and thereby uses the Company’s services through its Website Platform.
User Agreement
This legally binding document, which the User must agree to before using the Company’s services.
Deposit
Funds transferred by the User to Sizex LLC to fulfill an exchange order initiated on the Platform.
Fee
A service charge subtracted from the User’s funds by Sizex LLC as payment for exchange services rendered.
FIAT Currency
Government-backed, legal currency issued and recognized by an official authority in the User’s country of residence.
Funds
This term encompasses both fiat currency and cryptocurrency in the context of transactions on the Platform.
KYC or Due Diligence
Documents and information required by Sizex to verify a User’s identity and ensure compliance with all relevant legal standards and regulations.
Login Credentials
A set of unique identifiers, usually a username and password, used by the User to authenticate and access their Account on the Platform.
Services
The range of cryptocurrency exchange services provided by Sizex through its Platform.
Platform
Refers to the website operated by Sizex, accessible at https://sizex.io, along with all related services and functionalities.
INTRODUCTION
By accepting this document, the Company (Sizex) and the User enter into a legally binding agreement. The User confirms they have thoroughly reviewed and understood all aspects of this Agreement. By proceeding to utilize the Company’s Services, the User consents to and agrees with all provisions set forth here.SERVICES OFFERED
Sizex provides Users with a cryptocurrency exchange service, allowing them to execute trades by exchanging cryptocurrencies for fiat currency and vice versa.Through the Platform, Users can access real-time quotes, initiate virtual asset transactions, and review transaction details. Access to Services is granted upon registration and verification of an Account, which is exclusive to the User who opened the Account and is not transferable to other parties.
GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR SERVICE USAGE
Users are permitted to open only one Account, provided that it is legal to do so in their country of residence.Upon Account creation, the User affirms compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Users must provide accurate information during registration and ensure it remains up to date. Sizex may request additional information to verify User details as part of its AML/CFT obligations.
The Company retains the right to perform due diligence investigations into activities related to money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activities, as well as to request additional verification documentation from Users, as needed.
All transactions between Sizex and Users must be executed by wire transfer, as cash transactions are not accepted. Additionally, transactions from third parties on behalf of a User are not permitted on the Platform.
REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS AND PROCESS
To open an Account on the Platform, the User must complete the registration process by selecting a unique username and password and may be required to set up multi-factor authentication. For security reasons, Sizex may periodically request that the User update their Login Credentials.Only individuals who are at least 18 years old are eligible to register and open an Account. Sizex reserves the right to refuse Account openings at its discretion and may also temporarily or permanently suspend access to any Account.
VERIFICATION AND KYC COMPLIANCE
As part of the registration and KYC verification process, Users must provide Sizex with the necessary documentation and information required to verify their identity and meet AML (Anti-Money Laundering) Requirements. This may include:- Personal information (such as name, date of birth, and residential address)
- Contact information (such as email address and phone number)
- Identification documents (such as a passport or ID card)
- Information regarding the source of funds and/or wealth
Upon successful completion of the AML Requirements, Sizex will notify the User and confirm the eligibility of their Account for Platform access.
ACCOUNT SECURITY MEASURES
The User is responsible for maintaining secure access to their Account. This includes choosing a strong and unique password, protecting Login Credentials, and using multi-factor authentication if available. Users are required to notify Sizex immediately if they suspect unauthorized access or any security breach on their Account.ORDER PLACEMENT AND EXECUTION
Orders pertaining to exchange services must be placed on the Platform using the User’s Account. When placing an order, the User agrees to provide accurate and complete information as required for processing the transaction, including:- The type and quantity of virtual assets or fiat currency they wish to exchange
- Any other relevant transaction details required by Sizex for processing the Order
DATA PROTECTION AND CONFIDENTIALITY
Sizex respects Users’ privacy rights and has implemented robust data protection policies to safeguard personal information. Privacy and data protection are governed by Sizex's Privacy Policy, available on the Platform, which details how User data is collected, stored, and used.JURISDICTIONAL RESTRICTIONS
Sizex restricts access to its Services for Users in high-risk or non-cooperative jurisdictions. Sizex’s AML policy lists the restricted regions, and Users in these jurisdictions are prohibited from using the Platform.The Company also restricts transactions to or from Accounts located in prohibited regions or held at financial institutions located in restricted areas.
FEES FOR SERVICES
After completing the registration and verification process, Users gain access to the Platform and can use various services, such as exchanging cryptocurrencies for fiat currency, in accordance with the Terms of Service.Fees may apply to specific services and vary based on transaction types and amounts. Sizex reserves the right to change its fee structure at any time without prior notice, although any changes will be displayed on the Platform.
